Today is the last day of my fast. Felt normal, had some water and a little bit fruit. Practiced more and shorter lying meditation. More thoughts emerging, planning what to eat in the recovery period. I could continue but for the incoming holiday weeks. I will post a summary report after I return to normal diet.
